Dodo Pizza's tone of voice is simple and natural, genuine and friendly. These are the values we convey.
Convenience, simplicity and attentiveness. Dodo is not about careless fun or a gourmet experience.
We're down-to-earth and practical. We don't promise wow-emotions and experiences. We want to make the customer's day a little better here and now with our careful attitude, attentive service and their favourite pizza.
Our check word is “true”. We don't cover difficulties, we don't conceal slips, we talk openly to our clients and partners, we build our communication on real insights. We talk about people without stereotypes, we show real pizza in the frame. We are against fakes and manipulation. We believe that sincerity is the foundation of trust.
We convey the unique tone of Dodo through these channels.
Visual. We show the natural product and people's natural emotions. We do not take pictures of glue instead of sauce, we do not make explicitly staged shots where you can see that people pose on purpose and enjoy the food in a gourmet way.
Texts. Focus is on ease and soulfulness; it helps build trust with the audience. But do not shift to social networking slang, leave the respectful spirit of Dodo.
Contact Center Responses. Engage the audience in interaction, communicate openly, in a friendly and polite way.
