Missions
Missions are tasks that appear every month in the user's profile. For the customer this is a catchy detail of gamification; for us it is a chance to sell more of a certain product and raise our average check.
We can go on a creative side with the headings encouraging the customer to enroll into the mission. After the heading, a 2-3 sentence lead comes where we highlight why this mission is worth accomplishing. After that, there are the terms and conditions.
Too many small elements and subheadings; the text with conditions details is too long, division into paragraphs fails

Small elements are removed, conditions are shortened, the text is easily perceived — thanks to good layout

Format
The text about a mission includes a heading, a lead, and terms and conditions.
Heading
Short and succinct, should not take up more than one line. A catchy, creative lead that motivates the user to push the button. Try to avoid the word “mission” itself in the title. It may be a little more difficult with the very first task on the list: what we really need to focus on here is highlighting the format, which includes several tasks and the reward size.
No

Yes
Lunch on a schedule.
Combo Marathon.
Complete a chain of three missions and get 300 dodocoins.
Lead
Justify the mission: tell the user why exactly it is necessary or useful, incorporating it into the user’s life. For example, coffee is to warm up, dodster to have a snack while running errands, and combo — to gather friends around.
The lead is quite short, just 1-2 sentences, which fit into two lines. The technical limit is 4 lines, but it is better to go for a larger font.
No
Live interaction is a unique experience after all. To give a smile to the cashier and other visitors, or people on the way — you won't get that with the delivery.
Hot, rich, flavorful — that's what coffee is! We love it in different forms, that's why we have such a wide selection: classic Americano, cappuccino, latte, and more intricate caramel cappuccino, nutty or even coconut latte. Take your favorite drink or give it a shot to something new.
Yes
We realize that sometimes you only have time for delivery, but we always enjoy seeing you at the pizzerias. We came up with an excuse to meet you: a new mission.
Here’s a mission with coffee to warm you up this fall. Take your beverage on the go for your walks or pair it with our cheesecakes in the morning.
Conditions
Conditions are displayed when the user taps on a mission card. An established structure almost always works here.
